Login Issues
1. I have forgotten my Login ID.

Your Ezhishi Login ID will be advised by your school Chinese teacher. The format of login criteria varies for every school.
Alternatively, you may contact our Helpdesk.

2. I have forgotten my password.
Reset Password via Email:
  • a)On the login page, clickGet Password.
  • b)Enter your eZhishi Login ID.
  • c)Enter your name according to the format provided.
  • d)Enter your valid email address, Click on Submit.
  • e)An email with your eZhishi Login Password will be sent to your registered email address.
Reset Password by Answering Security Questions

(Only applies if you have previously set up security questions.)

  • a)On the login page, clickGet Password.
  • b)Enter your correct eZhishi Login ID.
  • c)Answer the three Security Questions correctly.
  • d)Once you answer all questions correctly, the eZhishi Login password will be show on the page.
3. I did not receive a password notice email.

When you use the Get Password feature to get your password successfully, an email with the password will be sent to you.
If you cannot find the email in your inbox, it may be in the Junk/Spam folder. Alternatively, you may contact our Helpdesk.
