2024年学校集体订阅用户积分奖品兑换说明：
- 2024年“知识之星 · 有奖活动”奖品兑换截止日期为2024年12月27日（星期五）下午3点整。
- 知识之星奖品送到学校的兑换截止日期为2024年10月25日（星期五）晚上8点整。
- 在10月25日晚上8点至12月27日下午3点整，兑换奖品需先电邮 service@ecombay.com 通知，并注明：
- 学生的学校、班级、姓名
- eZhishi的登录账号
- 希望兑换的礼品（视存货情况而定）
- 希望领取的日期和时间（请最少提前一个工作日通知）
- 可兑换分数的荧幕截图。 在约定的时间，携带相关学生证明到《知识网》办公地点领取。
- 到《知识网》办公地点，领取礼物的最后期限是2024年12月27日（星期五）下午3点整。
- 没有在规定的期限内兑换的积分，将自动取消；没有按时认领的奖品，将被视为自动放弃，逾期不再受理。
- 办公地点：33 Ubi Ave 3 #03-23 Tower A Vertex Singapore 408868。
- 办公时间：星期一至星期五，上午9点至下午6点。星期六，上午9点至下午1点。星期天及公共假期没上班。
SCHOOL SUBSCRIBERS REDEMPTION FOR THE YEAR OF 2024
- The deadline for the redemption of prizes for the eZhishi Reward for 2024 is 27 December 2024 3:00 pm.
- The deadline for the redemption request for redemption item(s) to be send to school is 25 October 2024 8:00pm.
- Redemption between 25 October 2024 8:00pm to 27 December 2024 3:00pm, can be requested via email service@ecombay.com. Please indicate:
- Student Name, School and Class
- Student eZhishi Login ID
- Item(s) wish to redeem (subject to availability)
- Expected Date and time to drop by (Office Hour) (Please request at least one working day earlier before collection).
- Print screen of available redemption points. The item(s) have to be collected in our main office by making appointment and with the valid student card.
- All collection MUST be done by 27 December 2024 3:00pm.
- All eZhishi Reward Points earned will be EXPIRED at 24:00 pm 28 December 2024. Any unused points or uncollected prize will be forfeited without further extension.
